Last updated: 27 June 2026. This policy explains how ZenBeats handles saved beats, custom sounds, shared links and optional analytics.

Local saved beats

When you use Save here, ZenBeats stores your beat settings in your browser using local storage. This data stays on your device unless you clear browser data or replace it.

Custom uploaded sounds

If you upload your own audio file, ZenBeats uses it locally in your browser. Custom uploaded sounds are not uploaded to a ZenBeats server in this static version. ZenBeats limits uploads to 2 MB per file and includes a clear option.

Shared song links

When you copy a beat share link, ZenBeats encodes the beat pattern and settings into the URL. Custom uploaded audio is not included in share links. Anyone with the link can load the encoded beat settings.

Downloads

When you export a WAV, the file is rendered in your browser and downloaded to your device.

Analytics and consent

ZenBeats is prepared for optional Google Analytics 4, but no real GA4 ID is configured right now. Analytics storage is not granted by default. If analytics is added later, it should only load after you allow analytics through the privacy choices control.
